Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of ADAPTMO, including our website, planner, scheduler, waitlist, feedback forms, blog, resources, and related services.

You agree not to use ADAPTMO for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, exploitative, or malicious purposes.

violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
submit spam, scams, phishing content, malware, malicious code, or harmful scripts;
attempt to access systems, accounts, data, or networks without authorization;
interfere with the security, availability, or operation of ADAPTMO;
impersonate another person or submit another person’s information without permission;
harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or harm another person;
create or support plans involving violence, weapons misuse, fraud, stalking, exploitation, self-harm instructions, terrorism, extremist violence, or other harmful conduct;
submit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, or otherwise harmful;
scrape, harvest, or collect data except as permitted by law;
overload, attack, probe, or disrupt our systems;
bypass rate limits, verification flows, access controls, or security protections.

Sensitive Information

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, protected health information, financial account information, government identifiers, passwords, or information you do not have permission to submit.

Planner Use

In Version 1, planner and scheduler inputs are designed to be processed in your browser and are not intentionally stored by ADAPTMO.

You are responsible for saving or downloading your own plan or workbook.

You may not use the planner or scheduler to create plans for harmful, unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or dangerous conduct.

Enforcement

We may remove content, block submissions, limit access, suspend features, refuse service, or take other action if we believe activity violates this policy, creates risk, or harms ADAPTMO, users, or others.

We may also report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
