Terms of Use

The terms that govern access to the AdaptMo website, waitlist, planner, scheduler, downloads, content, and related services. Effective Date: July 5, 2026.

What AdaptMo Is

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ADAPTMO, including our website, waitlist, planning tools, scheduler, downloadable workbook and PDF features, blog, emails, recommended resources, affiliate pages, feedback forms, and related services.

ADAPTMO is operated by SylaMetrics Solutions LLC. By accessing or using ADAPTMO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ADAPTMO.

ADAPTMO provides planning, scheduling, and execution-support tools designed to help users think through goals, time, capacity, resources, review periods, and progress.

ADAPTMO may include free planning tools, waitlist access, downloadable resources, blog content, recommended tools, affiliate links, feedback forms, and other related features.

ADAPTMO is in early-stage development. Features may change, be added, removed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Waitlist and Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, guarantee timing, or guarantee any specific feature, price, benefit, or availability.

We may accept, deny, delay, limit, or prioritize access at our discretion.

You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist and not to submit someone else’s email address without permission.

We may require email verification before adding an email address to the confirmed waitlist.

Availability and Restricted Locations

ADAPTMO is operated from the United States and may not be available in every country, region, or jurisdiction.

You may not access or use ADAPTMO, join the waitlist, or submit information through ADAPTMO if doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions.

We may block, deny, suspend, or limit access from countries, regions, networks, or users where we believe access may be prohibited, restricted, or create legal, security, fraud, abuse, or operational risk.

Availability may change over time as laws, sanctions, service-provider restrictions, and operational requirements change.

Planner, Scheduler, and Downloaded Workbook

ADAPTMO may provide tools that help you create plans, schedules, action blocks, review blocks, demonstrations of progress, or related outputs.

In Version 1, the planner and scheduler are designed to run in your browser. Planner inputs, goals, availability details, schedule blocks, notes, and generated workbook content are not intentionally stored by ADAPTMO on our servers.

If you generate a workbook or PDF, it is downloaded directly through your browser. In Version 1, ADAPTMO does not email, store, or retain generated workbook or PDF content.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, saving, downloading, and deciding whether any plan or schedule is appropriate for your situation.

ADAPTMO does not guarantee that any plan, schedule, recommendation, resource, or tool will produce a specific outcome.

Early Access AI Features and Credits

Early access status

Certain AdaptMo functions use artificial intelligence or automated processing to assist with planning, organization, drafting, classification, scheduling, or suggestions. These features may be identified as “AI-assisted,” “experimental,” “beta,” or “early access.”

Early access features are still being developed and may contain errors, produce inconsistent results, become temporarily unavailable, change without notice, or be removed.

No guaranteed output or outcome

AI-generated output is provided as an assistive drafting and planning tool. AdaptMo does not guarantee that output will be accurate, complete, current, appropriate, available, unique, or suitable for any specific purpose.

AdaptMo does not guarantee that use of an AI feature will produce a workable or optimal schedule, completion of a goal, increased productivity, a particular business, educational, financial, health, or personal result, error-free recommendations, or compatibility with another platform or service.

You must independently review all output before using or relying on it.

User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and correcting generated content, confirming dates, times, durations, dependencies, and assumptions, deciding whether suggested actions are appropriate, protecting confidential or sensitive information, complying with applicable laws, contractual duties, and third-party rights, and maintaining backups of information that matters to you.

AdaptMo output is not professional, medical, legal, financial, tax, employment, or mental-health advice.

Credit packs

AdaptMo may offer one-time credit packs that permit access to designated AI-assisted operations. The number of credits and price will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, credits are added to the AdaptMo account associated with the verified purchase.

Credits are usable only within AdaptMo, have no cash value, are not a deposit account or stored-value product, may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or redeemed for cash, do not provide ownership, equity, governance, profit participation, or other interest in AdaptMo, and are not a charitable donation or investment.

Credit usage

AdaptMo will identify which operations use credits. Unless the interface states otherwise before submission, an eligible operation consumes one credit when the system successfully returns a result.

Saving, viewing, organizing, or manually editing existing information does not consume a credit. A validation failure or technical failure that produces no result should not consume a credit. Regenerating or submitting a new AI request may consume an additional credit.

A returned result may consume a credit even when the user considers the result unhelpful or chooses not to use it. If a credit is deducted because of a confirmed technical error, AdaptMo may restore it at its discretion or as required by law.

Purchased and promotional credits

AdaptMo may distinguish between free or promotional credits, private-demo credits, and purchased credits. Promotional credits may expire or be subject to additional limitations disclosed when they are issued. Purchased credits will be governed by the terms disclosed at purchase.

When multiple balances exist, AdaptMo may use promotional or expiring credits before purchased credits.

Changes to features

AdaptMo may modify the models, providers, prompts, credit costs, supported operations, limits, or availability of AI-assisted features.

A material increase in the credit cost of an operation should be disclosed before the user submits that operation. Previously purchased credits will remain subject to the credit value shown in the current interface, but no specific feature is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

Third-party AI providers

AdaptMo may use third-party model or infrastructure providers to process AI-assisted requests. Your use of these features may therefore depend on third-party availability, performance, restrictions, and technical limitations.

Purchase authorization

By selecting a credit pack and completing checkout, you authorize the one-time charge shown at checkout. Credit packs do not automatically renew and do not create a subscription unless a separate recurring offer is clearly presented and accepted.

Refund policy

Because credit packs are digital products delivered to the purchaser’s account and may be available for immediate use, credit-pack purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law, for a confirmed duplicate charge, where payment was accepted but purchased credits were not delivered, or where AdaptMo determines that a billing or technical error justifies correction.

Refund or billing correction requests should be submitted to support@adaptmo.com within 7 days after purchase.

Supporting development

Credit purchases help fund continued AdaptMo development. However, a purchase is payment for the stated digital credit pack. It is not a donation, crowdfunding, a security or investment, a promise of future equity, a guarantee that AdaptMo will release a specific feature, or a promise that the project will continue indefinitely.

Suspension and misuse

AdaptMo may suspend or restrict credit use where it reasonably believes there is fraud, chargeback abuse, automated misuse, circumvention of limits, unauthorized account access, attempts to interfere with the service, or a violation of the Terms of Use.

No Professional Advice

ADAPTMO provides general planning, productivity, learning, and organizational information. ADAPTMO does not provide legal, financial, medical, mental health, tax, investment, employment, educational accreditation, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, goals, plans, and results.

User Content and Submissions

You may submit information such as waitlist responses, feedback, bug reports, support messages, improvement suggestions, or other content through forms or communications with us.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. By submitting User Content to ADAPTMO, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, process, reproduce, modify, display, analyze, and create derivative works from your User Content as needed to operate, provide, secure, maintain, improve, and develop ADAPTMO.

This license does not mean we claim ownership of your User Content.

You represent that you have the right to submit the User Content and that your submission does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, protected health information, financial account information, government identifiers, passwords, or anything you are not comfortable processing through an early-stage online product.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use ADAPTMO for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, exploitative, or malicious purposes;
submit spam, malware, malicious code, scripts, or harmful content;
attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without authorization;
interfere with the security, reliability, or operation of ADAPTMO;
scrape, harvest, or collect data except as permitted by law;
impersonate another person or submit another person’s information without permission;
submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information;
use ADAPTMO to create plans for violence, harassment, fraud, self-harm, weapons misuse, illegal activity, exploitation, or other harmful conduct;
reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse ADAPTMO except as permitted by these Terms.

Future Features

ADAPTMO may introduce accounts, saved plans, paid features, AI-assisted tools, credits, billing, integrations, or additional product experiences in the future.

These features are not active in Version 1 unless clearly stated on the website.

If we add features that materially change how we collect, use, store, or share information, we will update our Terms, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies before or when those features become available.

Recommended Tools, Affiliate Links, and Third-Party Services

ADAPTMO may recommend products, books, tools, software, supplies, services, or resources. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission or other compensation if you click a link or make a purchase through that link.

Affiliate relationships do not increase the price you pay to us, but third-party sellers control their own pricing, availability, shipping, returns, warranties, and customer service.

We are not responsible for third-party products, services, websites, claims, pricing, policies, availability, shipping, returns, warranties, or customer support.

ADAPTMO may use or link to third-party services, including hosting providers, database providers, email providers, analytics tools, error monitoring tools, affiliate networks, product sites, security tools, and other operational vendors.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual Property and Feedback

ADAPTMO, including its name, logo, design, software, content, workflows, templates, systems, copy, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SylaMetrics Solutions LLC and its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, resell, exploit, or create derivative works from ADAPTMO materials except as permitted by these Terms or with written permission.

If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or recommendations, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

We may use feedback to improve, develop, market, or commercialize ADAPTMO.

Email Communications

If you join the waitlist, submit a form, or otherwise provide your email address, we may send you transactional or service-related emails, such as verification emails, confirmation messages, support responses, legal notices, or product-related service updates.

If you opt in to launch or product updates, we may send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at support@adaptmo.com.

Even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send transactional or service-related messages where appropriate.

Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification

ADAPTMO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that ADAPTMO will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADAPTMO, SylaMetrics Solutions LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or reliance on any plan, schedule, content, recommendation, or resource.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to ADAPTMO will not exceed the greater of: the amount you paid us for ADAPTMO in the three months before the claim, or $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ADAPTMO, SylaMetrics Solutions LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of ADAPTMO, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Changes, Termination, Governing Law, and Contact

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue ADAPTMO or any part of it at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of ADAPTMO after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ADAPTMO at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or used ADAPTMO in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
