If you join the waitlist, we may collect your email address, verification status, consent records, source of signup, timestamps, unsubscribe status, and related email delivery records.

We may require email verification before adding you to the confirmed waitlist.

When you use the scheduler or planner, you may enter goals, availability, resources, schedule preferences, notes, and related planning details.

In Version 1, this information is processed in your browser and is not intentionally stored by ADAPTMO.

In Version 1, if you generate a workbook or PDF, it is downloaded directly through your browser. We do not email or store generated workbook or PDF content.

We may collect limited product usage events, such as whether the planner was started, completed, or downloaded. These events are used to understand product performance and improve ADAPTMO. They should not include raw planner content, goal text, notes, names, email addresses, or generated PDF content.

We may collect information about how visitors use ADAPTMO, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, referring pages, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, session activity, feature usage, form events, and error information.

We use analytics and product measurement tools in a limited way to understand how ADAPTMO is used and how to improve it.

In Version 1, analytics events are intended to be anonymous or non-identifying. We do not intentionally send email addresses, full names, raw goal text, planner notes, availability details, or generated PDF content to analytics tools.

We may use error monitoring tools to detect, diagnose, and fix technical issues.

Error and diagnostic information may include browser type, device information, page URL, error details, request metadata, and related technical information.

We do not intentionally send raw planner inputs, generated PDF content, email addresses, full names, or sensitive personal information to error monitoring tools.

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure performance, understand traffic, improve the product, prevent abuse, support affiliate links, and manage analytics.

At launch, ADAPTMO does not intentionally use retargeting pixels or advertising pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you click a recommended product or affiliate link, the third-party site, retailer, or affiliate network may collect information about your visit, purchase, or interaction according to its own policies.

If you click an affiliate link or recommended resource, the third-party site, seller, or affiliate network may receive information needed to track the referral, click, or purchase.

We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms, or protect ADAPTMO, users, or others.

If ADAPTMO or SylaMetrics Solutions LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed, evaluated, transferred, or assigned as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to operate ADAPTMO, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

Unverified waitlist submissions may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Confirmed waitlist and consent records may be retained while you remain subscribed or as needed for compliance, suppression, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

Feedback, reports, analytics records, and operational logs may be retained for a reasonable period to improve ADAPTMO, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and maintain records.

In Version 1, planner inputs and generated workbook or PDF content are not intentionally stored by ADAPTMO.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no website, database, or online service can guarantee complete security.

You are responsible for using caution when submitting information online.

ADAPTMO is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we collected information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information.

If you are a California resident, California law may provide rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, as well as the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information for money.

At launch, we do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If we enable advertising or retargeting technologies in the future, some privacy laws may treat that activity as “sharing” or “selling.” Where required, we will provide opt-out methods, including a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or other legally required methods.

ADAPTMO is operated from the United States. If you access ADAPTMO from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
