Current Providers

Netlify — website hosting, frontend deployment, and serverless or API functions if used; server logs, request metadata, and IP-related metadata.
DigitalOcean — backend API hosting and infrastructure; server logs, request metadata, IP-related metadata, hashed rate-limit identifiers, and operational API data.
Baserow — waitlist records, verification records, consent records, removal requests, and associated launch workflow metadata.
Resend — email delivery; email address, verification emails, waitlist emails, unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint metadata.
PostHog — product analytics and feature flags; anonymous or non-identifying usage events, page events, feature interaction events, and device or browser metadata.
Sentry — error monitoring and debugging; error logs, diagnostic data, and device or browser metadata.
Amazon Associates and other affiliate networks — affiliate link tracking; click or referral metadata and purchase attribution where applicable.

Version 1 Planner Data Note

In Version 1, ADAPTMO does not intentionally store planner inputs, generated schedules, or workbook or PDF content in Baserow or other waitlist systems.

In Version 1, ADAPTMO does not intentionally send raw planner content, raw goal text, availability details, notes, email addresses, full names, or generated PDF content to PostHog or Sentry.

Updates and Scope

We may update this list as ADAPTMO changes.

This page is for transparency. It is not a Data Processing Addendum.

If ADAPTMO later offers business, team, organization accounts, saved plans, AI features, paid credits, or other features that require additional data-processing terms, we may provide additional terms or a separate Data Processing Addendum for eligible customers.
